A county council recently invited tenders for a 4-year contract to supply general print services - estimated value £300k.

22 print companies submitted bids which made it through to the tender evaluation round. The bids were scored 70% on price and 30% on quality.

Vale Press Ltd scored 100% across the board, a whopping 39% ahead of the second placed bidder who scored 61%.
